Return Process:

Ensure that the item is securely packaged, and include a copy of the original packing slip and also the item has to be in the same condition when arrived.

Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.

International customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Please use a reliable shipping service and retain the tracking information.

Return Shipping (Domestic):

For domestic returns, we provide a prepaid shipping label. Affix the label to the package and drop it off at the nearest shipping location.

Refund or Exchange:

Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will issue a refund or process an exchange as per your preference.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
