Shipping policy

Shipping Information:
At MIAIMeyewear, we strive to provide a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for our customers. Here are the details regarding our shipping policy.
Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed.
Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be dispatched.
Shipping Methods:
We offer free standard shipping for domestic orders and paid for express delivery. 
International orders will be shipped via a paid shipping method.
Delivery Time:
Domestic orders typically arrive within 2-4 business days after dispatch.
International orders may take 10-15 business days for delivery.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor the progress of your order.
Tax & Duties for International orders:
Customers are responsible for all applicable import duties and fees.  All orders are shipped DDU, “duties and taxes unpaid” from Asia, and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your estimated charge may be. In order to collect your package, additional charges must be paid to clear customs. As we ship to over 50 countries, some may require additional fees paid COD (Collect On Delivery). In this case the fees are paid to the local carrier. MIAIM eyewear does not take responsibility of loss or damaged items during transit.
